longwinded!
he'll say
"Candidates, please take note, you have fifteen minutes left, okay? quickly finish writing your answers. for those who have finished writing your answers, please arrange your papers in order of the question, and tie them up together with the string provided. okay."when all he has to say is
"you have 15 minutes left."and you can't say anything, cos all the unneccesary pieces of information are related to the exams. irritating, yah. and especially when you're struggling with your paper and he goes on and on and on............ a real pro, if you ask me.

btw, we all know how idiotic the SS paper was. i couldn't care less. it's a propaganda, anyway.
